Music Therapy

In partnership with Tidewater Music Therapy, this Music Therapy group will combine a variety of techniques to encourage discussion, to foster community, to promote relaxation, and to promote overall wellness of participants. Participants will engage in music assisted relaxation/meditation, improvisation, group drumming, music listening, song discussion, lyric analysis, singing, dancing, and more.

Additional directions:

Classes will be held in the Carrillo Kern Center for Integrative Therapies Multipurpose Room, on the 4th floor, Suite 401.
