Meets Monday and Wednesday Mornings, 10-11:30 a.m.

To support safe social distancing and caring for our families, we want you to know:

• 3-4 Mom/Baby pairs will be allowed in the room at a time.
• Sign in at the door with your first initial and your cell phone number.
• Please wait in your car, outdoors, or in the limited lobby seating area until called or texted.
• Please wear a mask to protect others. One will not be provided.
• Your temperature will be checked upon arrival to the support group.
• A support person cannot attend group at this time.
• If you are ill or have been exposed to someone who is, please call our Breastfeeding Warm Line at 757-984-7299 to seek assistance and support for breastfeeding.

An infant scale is available to monitor your baby's weight.
