The Mindful Journal

In partnership with The Muse Writers Center, The Mindful Journal is an experiential writing class for cancer patients and survivors, that incorporates writing, low-skill art, and mindfulness activities centering around the topic of Self-Love. Using guided meditations, writing prompts, collage, and other arts and crafts we will create visual journals that reflect how we can practice wellness and self-care in daily life and in trying circumstances.

Additional directions:

Sessions will be held in the 1st Floor Conference Room at the Sentara Brock Cancer Center.
