Welcome to Motherhood - Charlottesville

Join us to share the ups and downs of becoming a parent. Plan to bring your baby and relax with new friends who understand what being a new parent is all about. Registration is not required for this free support group.

This support group is being offered both virtually and in person. To easily access links to join support groups through ZOOM, please join our Private Sentara Martha Jefferson Motherhood Facebook Group. To obtain an invitation via e-mail, please email lesalvat@sentara.com to be added to the weekly support group mailing list.

Meets in-person every first and third Thursday of each month, 10:30 a.m. - noon. Virtually, every second and fourth Tuesday, 10:30-12pm.

In-person meetings occur in the Morris Community Education Room, Suite 330 of the Outpatient Care Center, 595 Martha Jefferson Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
