    The 4th trimester, what is that?! Spend an hour learning about the trimester AFTER childbirth with us in this FREE class.  Topics include postpartum hormonal changes you may experience, potential relationship changes/challenges, ways to ask for and or receive offered help, creating boundaries with well-meaning friends/family, postpartum anxiety, mood disorders and much more.

    The location of this offering is held on the 1st floor in the Graves Conference Room.
