Dr. Ramin Alimard is an experienced cardiologist with Sentara Cardiology Specialists in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. He provides top-quality, patient-focused care to prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases and conditions of the heart and blood vessels. His specialties include interventional cardiology and complex coronary interventions, including rotational and laser atherectomy, radial artery access, transesophageal echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, advanced heart failure, and pulmonary hypertension. He is also active in educating medical students and residents at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Alimard enjoys spending time with his family, soccer, racquetball and cycling.
