There is no additional charge for preventive care that covers yearly checkups, immunizations and age-related screenings for you and your family.

Our Plans
We offer several plan options with a wide range of coverage, cost-sharing options, and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Plans are categorized by metal level and may be purchased on-or-off Virginia’s Insurance Marketplace (also known as the Marketplace or the Exchange). Learn more about metallic tiers.
Our Silver plans, exclusively available off-exchange, can help members lower costs. These plans might be well suited for those who don’t qualify for a subsidy. These are also available to those who are a member of a CHOICE Arrangement plan (formerly known as ICHRA). We also offer two Gold plans and one Platinum plan, exclusively off-exchange.
Other health insurance coverage options
If you are not eligible for one of our Sentara Individual & Family Health Plans, you might be eligible for one of our other coverage options including Medicaid, or individual health insurance plans for self-employed sole proprietors.
