Appointments are preferred for prostate cancer screenings, so please register.

Please bring a picture ID and insurance card to your appointment. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

PSA (prostate cancer screening) eligibility:

• Male age 40-50+ (depending on race and other risk factors)
• No current symptoms (e.g., pain, difficulty urinating, etc.)
• No prostate cancer screening within the past 12 months
• Mammogram (breast cancer screening) eligibility:

Day includes:

• Panel discussion with experts in cancer, mental health, dermatology, & trauma
• Prostate cancer screenings on site (Blood test only, no physical exams)
• Colorectal cancer take-home screening kits (for men/women 45+)
• Mobile Mammography breast cancer screening appointment sign ups
• Mobile Medical Van - BP & A1C tests, provider available for exams
• HIV screenings
• Eye & hearing testing
• Blood drive & Sickle Cell testing
