Does what you eat affect cancer? Are there foods that can help fight side effects of chemo? How do I as a caregiver or cancer patient know what meals to make to help fight cancer?

Join us for our upcoming nutritional lectures led by Shaye Arluk, MS, RD and 22-year cancer survivor. Each lecture will concentrate on simple methods for integrating nutrient-rich foods into your meals and maximizing the benefits of food for optimal well-being.
