EVP, Chief Consumer and Transformation Officer

Adam Holyk leads Sentara’s consumer strategy and transformation efforts, ensuring the organization better understands, engages, and serves its consumers. Adam oversees consumer insights, product development, experience, marketing, and communications, as well as leads enterprise-wide strategic transformation and integration initiatives.

Prior Experience

Prior to Sentara, Adam served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Walgreens, where he was responsible for leading the development of new consumer growth models and key corporate partnerships, identifying opportunities and prioritizing investments.

During his time at Walgreens, Adam held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, where he spearheaded the successful repositioning and relaunching of the Walgreens brand. Previously, he led corporate strategy across global markets, and earlier in his tenure leveraged consumer insights to build customer loyalty.
