2 Day Weekend Childbirth Class - Sentara Princess Anne Hospital

2 Day Weekend Childbirth Class is held on Saturday and Sunday. Both dates are 9 AM - 4 PM.

Join us for this comprehensive 2-day weekend childbirth class.

The cost for the class is $110 (Sentara employees get a 20% discount for a cost of $88)

Saturdays: 9 AM - 4 PM (1hour lunch break)

Sundays: 9 AM - 4 PM (1 hour lunch break)

The goal of this class is to provide the information that you need to be empowered for this incredible event. We will explore the process of childbirth and management techniques, medical and non-medical interventions, natural and pharmaceutical pain management, breastfeeding, newborns, the postpartum period, and self-care.

We encourage:

• bringing snacks and drinks

• wearing comfortable clothing

• bringing your support person
