Dads group

Each second Saturday of the month, we invite new and experienced Dads, with or without babies under 1-year of age, to an in-person peer support group. Facilitators are also Dads who are in it with you. It will be held in our 3rd floor community classroom, with access to mats, balls, pillows, and chairs to accommodate your needs. We plan to provide coffee and bagels to encourage that early morning participation. Please e-mail lesalvat@sentara.com with any questions or to connect with one of the facilitators. There is no registration required and free to attend.
