You are not alone. Losing a baby can be overwhelming. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, your experience matters. Being with others who understand can help ease the
feeling of being alone and provide comfort during a difficult time. Join a compassionate space where you can connect with others who truly understand.

What to expect:

• A safe, compassionate, and confidential space.
• Sharing is welcome, but never required.
• You may come just to listen
• Join once or attend regularly — it’s up to you
• Attend in person or virtually

Who is welcome:

• Parents and partners
• Loved ones and support people
• Anyone impacted by miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss

This monthly group is open to anyone affected by pregnancy or infant loss and is led by compassionate facilitators with lived and professional experience.
