Who is eligible?

• Age 40 and up for men who are at high risk (Black men and men with 2 first-degree relatives with prostate cancer before age 65)
• Age 50 and up for men of average risk
• No urinary symptoms
• No PSA within the past 12 months
• Not actively being treated for prostate cancer

*Please bring a photo ID and insurance card. No insurance? No problem. Screening may be covered for those that are financially eligible.
