This a condensed version of the childbirth process that helps expecting parents prepare for the physical and psychological experience of labor, birth, and postpartum period. Emphasis is placed on understanding the childbirth process, which can be used to make decisions during the childbirth experience.

The Saturday Childbirth Class is offered one Saturday a month from 8:30am to 4pm. This class INCLUDES Natural Nutrition Breastfeeding Class and a Maternity Tour. Childbirth Classes are recommended in the seventh month of pregnancy. Please Check-in at the Main Entrance Information Desk to determine classroom location.

Cost: $65 per couple. Register using Expectant Mother's name ONLY. The fee includes Mom and 1 support person.
