Toward A Brighter Tomorrow: Free Support Groups

Free and open to anyone in the community dealing with grief due to the loss of a loved one. Support groups are held in a safe and confidential environment, led by a trained facilitator provided by Sentara Hospice Services. Free material and resources will be available.

Meetings will be closed to new members after the first session.

Attendees have the option to meet in-person or virtually.
