Community Clinic Health Hours

Join us for free blood pressure and A1C screenings with our Community Health Team nurse, Setour Dillard. This event is open to community members, family caregivers of patients in the hospital, and anyone who want to know their numbers.

Parking is available in the Patient Parking Garage. Enter through the main hospital doors. Caregiver and Wellness Center is located behind the gift shop and Outpatient Pharmacy.
