Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital’s guest relations coordinator is available to help patients and their families during their time with us. We want your hospital experience to be as good as possible and our guest services department is here to help make that happen.
The role of guest services is to ensure satisfactory services, to serve as an advocate for patients to ensure their rights and interpret their responsibilities, and to serve as a complaint manager for problem resolution. The coordinator is available to help you with any number of things, including making advance directives, and can answer any number of questions or will put you in contact with the person who can.
Contact our guest services manager at ext. 3422 while in the hospital. From outside the hospital, call 434-517-3422. The guest services office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. In the absence of the guest services representative, the house supervisor is available to help.
