Connect With Sentara Pediatric Physicians for Help
Sentara has partnered with the Virginia Health Care Foundation to offer Project Connect, a program to increase access to health insurance for families with children under 19 and pregnant women. We understand that even with having access to healthcare, paying health insurance premiums and copays can sometimes be an extra burden, especially when it comes to insuring multiple children in a household.
If you are struggling to pay high insurance premiums or do not have insurance, you may quality for FAMIS (Family Access to Medical Insurance Security) to cover doctor visits, dental care, mental health care, medications, vaccinations, hospital and emergency care. Working one-on-one, face to face with our Project Connect representative, we guide you through the application process and advocate on your behalf to find the right healthcare insurance assistance for you.
Connect with Sentara Pediatric Physicians and find out if you qualify. For more information on eligibility please contact Sentara’s Project Connect Program Manager, Vanessa Hill at 757-507-0357 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
