Please register here if you would like to be screened for prostate cancer at the Halloween Health & Wellness Celebration on Oct. 31, 2025!

PSA blood test only; No physical exams

Prostate cancer screenings available for insured & uninsured:

• Black/African American males 40 years and up
• All other males - 50 years and up

To be screened participants must:

• Not have had a PSA/prostate cancer screening within the last 12 mo.
• Not have any urinary symptoms (blood in urine, pain with urination, abdominal pain)
• Not currently being treated/seen for prostate cancer

Bring a picture ID and insurance card to your appointment. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.
