Come get your annual prostate cancer screening at the Hope Hub event at Williams Farm Recreation Center! You could save your life, or a life of a loved one. (Blood test only, no physical exam)

Appointments are preferred for the PSA test (a blood test) *Please bring a picture ID and insurance card to your appointment. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify and are uninsured.

Prostate screening eligibility criteria:

• Age 40 and up for all Black men
• Age 40 and up for men who are at high risk (Two first degree relatives with prostate cancer before the age of 65)
• Age 50 and up for men of average risk
• No urinary symptoms
• No PSA screening within the past 12 months
• Not actively being treated for prostate cancer
