Preparing for your birth

Are you ready? You will learn about late pregnancy changes, the stages of labor and what to do if you think you are in labor. Do you have a birth plan that you're talking about with your OB provider? We're here to help you have a safe memorable birth. During this FREE class, you will get many handouts and plenty of time for questions.

Once you have arrived, please enter through the main entrance of the hospital where your temperature will be taken. You will be required to wear a mask, if needed one can be provided for you.
