Whether you like to meet in person or from the comfort of your own home Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is happy to offer you the options that best fits your lifestyle and needs to keep you in track with your weight loss journey.

Our Quarterly support group offers you the opportunity to meet in person or virtually. This group is open to all bariatric patients pre- and post- weight loss surgery.

Meetings will feature rotating guest speakers from a variety of backgrounds and open discussion time.
