Walk with a Doc

RECURRING MONTHLY PROGRAM

What:

 Walk with a Doc participants will hear a short presentation from a Sentara RMH provider on a health-related topic and then walk together around the track that encircles the hospital.

When:

The 2nd Saturday of each month, rain or shine

Where:

Patio outside the cafeteria.

Participants may park in Lot D.

Who:

Anyone! All fitness levels and ages are welcome. The paved trail has benches. Participants may walk at their own pace.
