What are third-party ratings / rankings?
There are a number of organizations that independently rate or rank healthcare providers. They include the Federal Government, IBM Watson Health, US News, and others.
The ratings done by these organizations consider some of the same things, but can be quite different in a number of ways.

The American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet Recognition Program® identifies superior quality in nursing care and is the highest national honor for nursing excellence.
