The Portsmouth Sentara Therapy Center is located within the Sentara Nursing Center. We offer comprehensive outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology services. Our center specializes in the geriatric population, focusing on post-stroke, total joint replacement and post-surgical rehabilitation.
